Guinea Bissau to hold presidential election in November: official

Guinea Bissau's President Jose Mario Vaz on Tuesday set the date for the next presidential election for November 24, according to an official decree in the tiny West African nation. The country has been in political deadlock since August 2015 when Vaz sacked PAIGC party colleague Domingos Simoes
